The "favourite things" interview was published in the 19 April issue of New magazine (luckily there was a photo of it on eBay). In the "five purchases" interview Amy mentions her appearances on Jonathan Ross's shows that aired on 19 and 20 March, so she must have given these interviews in late March-early April.
Here is the text version of the "favourite things":
Amy Winehouse's favourite things
The 20-year-old singer/songwriter likes shooting pool, sipping Jack Daniel's and hanging with Missy Elliott...
It's a wonderful life
I love films almost as much as I love music. And I've seen my favourite film, It's A Wonderful Life, loads of times - so many times, in fact, that I now know the screenplay inside out. I watch it when I'm really depressed. It's a really good film to put on when you think, "Everyone is a b*****d", which is something I think a few times every day.
Ava Gardner
I like old film stars, and I got into them myself, not through my parents. My all-time favourite film star is Ava Gardner, because she was so beautiful. She was a dark-haired woman, but not little and pretty: she had very strong features and she put dark or ethnic-looking ladies on the map, and made it cool to just be whatever.
Good books
If I have time, I like to read. The book Gimme More, written by a woman called Liza Cody, stands out in my mind. It's about a woman who's like a rock widow. She was kinda like Marianne Faithfull but apparently much more beautiful. If I like an author, I usually like everything they've done, like JD Salinger, Tennessee Williams and Arthur Miller.
Playing pool
As soon as I was old enough to go into a pub, I started playing pool. I used to play every day, and against people who were really good - I beat them as much as they beat me. The friend who taught me said, "You're really good for a gel!" and I was like, "Thanks!". Now I hardly have any time to myself, so I don't play much. But when I move into a bigger place, I'll get a pool table. I don't want to live without one.
Missy Elliott
A couple of months ago I met Missy Elliott. She's a proper, proper hero of mine. I was doing a gig during an AIDS-awareness party at The Hempel Hotel in London and, as she was standing right in front of me, I couldn't even look down. I was thinking, "She's right in front of me, oh my God, she's my idol!". I met Missy and Timbaland afterwards - they were amazing, beautiful people. We talked about music, work and private stuff.
Cats
I'm a real cat girl. Cats are friendly, but not in your face like dogs who lick you and put themselves upon you. Cats don't smell like dogs do, either. When I lived with my parents I used to have a beautiful white, long-haired cat named Katy, and she was queen of the house. I'd love to get another cat one day, but my boyfriend won't let me. He has a schnauzer dog named PJ.
Miami
I really love Miami. I've got some family there, so I've been quite a lot, as well as having recorded my album there. When I'm there, I like to go to the beach and eat good food, especially seafood. The music's good, there's a strong creative vibe, there are nice cars and lots of beautiful people.
Canary Wharf
You can't live your life without having been to Canary Wharf in London. I've only been once but it's my favourite building. That's because when you see it, you know you're home. Having said that, I can't see it from where I live in Camden because the air is so bad. When I do see it, I like the blue light at night.
Jack Daniel's
I love Jack Daniel's - it's great. I've been drinking it for about eight years. When you're younger and you want to get that little bit drunker than everybody else, you drink whisky. You know what it's like when you're a kid. I drink every day, but not usually Jack Daniel's. I also like tequila and Dooley's Toffee Vodka - I could drink a bottle of that every night, easy.
Action figures
A year or so ago, when I had more money than sense, I collected action figures by the likes of DC/Marvel, Mattel and Hasbro. I used to love wrestling so I got the wrestling action figures. They're in my flat in Camden now. I've got about 30 figures altogether. My favourite is probably my 12-inch Michael Madsen doll - the replica Mr Blonde from Reservoir Dogs, a movie I loved when I was younger.

I don't want to bother but...can someone transcribe what Amy says in the radio interview?
For the second interview you can refer to the text version I posted above. For the first one, I don't know if I'd be able to transcribe it all without making some mistakes... if there are native speakers who have any free time it would be great!
Meanwhile I saved a copy of the audio:

Ok I tried to transcribe at least this funny part of the interview, feel free to correct.
- Number 4 purchase, please.
- Number 4 would be music, I can't remember what specifically but that was the last kind of big shop I did. That would have been the other day, I was in Dublin.
- What did you spend, how much?
- 145 pounds.
- Really? Were they all CDs or DVDs?
- CDs, I spend so much money on music, you have no idea, I think nothing of going into shops and spending 600 pounds on music.
- But people would say, you're now with a record label, you can get free CDs?- Yeah but my record label doesn't represent all the people I like, does it?
- Good point. Can you give us some idea of whose albums you must have bought on this occasion?
- I got another copy of Soweto's album 'cause I left my copy at home, I got a live Thelonious Monk thing, I can't remember...
- When you turn up with baskets and baskets of CDs do you get funny looks?
- No, they're just like "Ok you like your shit, ok".
- What happens when you see your own CD in there, do you kind of put it to the front of the shelves so people buy it?
- I've done that before, when Dido's CD was at top of the charts I used to get all my CDs and put them over her, 'cause I want people to see my music and not hers!
- Not a Dido fan?
- I don't care about her, she's not even a musician to me, she's just someone to put your CDs on top of.
I think we should have a list of Amy's quotes about Dido, I'm losing track of them!
