Okay, "He Can Only Hold Her" is one of my favorite Amy songs of all time, and I found out just yesterday it's composition was inspired by Jimi Hendrix's "(My Girl) She's A Fox", which someone showed her the song and she loved it. Now, I know why I love that song so much. Hendrix was so amazing and it is sad he is slowly being forgotten by the general public.
I don't know how long she had been a fan of Jimi, but it would be cool if someone here knew. If there's a heaven, Hendrix is definitely teaching her more about guitar.

I think I was put on this Earth to make people laugh. Would have loved to make Amy laugh at least once.

I could listen to He Can Only Hold Her ten times a day and never get tired of it, it's definitely one of my favourites 
I guess Amy was a great fan of Hendrix, she had CDs and books about him that were sold at the auction, and in this video he's the first one she mentions as one of her musical influences! https://youtu.be/n9b...U67YAT48aRRLGBc

I've seen that photo before, wasn't quite sure what I was thinking. Amy wouldn't wear just any T-shirt like that if she didn't like the artist. No pics of her with a Beatles shirt on unfortunately

I guess the closest thing we have to Amy and the Beatles is her cover of All My Loving.
Too bad she never covered "I'm Only Sleeping" since Tyler claimed that was her favorite and she played it a lot on her guitar.
