Well, it basically has to do with what is unfortunately evident everywhere today: the lack of respect for the environment and people. There are actually people who doodle valuable rock paintings in the Sahara or, for example, in Japan, sacred trees and temples with such sensible words as. “XY. was here”. In my time there was still a saying: you just don't do that. To me, these are extremely stupid, selfish people who have to mark their territory like dogs on a tree. Amy would have zero understanding because she hated that kind of behavior. I can remember a photo shoot where the photographer was rude to an assistant (he said something like come here, etc.). Amy then told him that the woman also had a name and was not a dog.
Or at an awards ceremony where she pointed out to a journalist that he was standing on someone's foot.

"You're standing on this young lady's foot, you noticed that?"

"She's not young and I sjdoof" (didn't catch the rest)

rude fucking people, she was 23, and I'd be disturbed to know what age that reporter defines as "young".

I think I was put on this Earth to make people laugh. Would have loved to make Amy laugh at least once.  :(

I would like to avoid causing controversy but... this writing on the wall stuff only started popping up after the release of that damn "biopic"

I want to forget that biopic exists.

I totally agree that writing all over someone's wall is wrong and people shouldn't do it, especially since there's far better ways to show your appreciation.

however, I also wish her house would've been memorialised, turned into a museum, since i feel like a person with such an impact would give that idea merit and clearly people would love to visit since so many are going there already. heck I've even seen a tt of someone writing on that wall just a couple of days ago!

The documentary was much worse. The biopic showed her perspective.

Lol, what? First time I've heard anyone make such a statement. Oh so Amy drank herself to death because Blake had another kid? Doesn't sound plausible.

Seems like it's how her father handled it, because he owned it for a while, maybe a museum was thought of and he denied it. I wouldn't live in a house someone died tragically in. Someone, who believes in spirits like myself, especially people of such iconic status, definitely not.

I couldn't live in a house like that either, it would scare me. Mitch once said that the utility costs for this house were incredibly high (in fact, it was probably built for a total of 3 families). So I think it makes sense that he sold it. And unfortunately the museum thing is over with all the auctions, because many of Amy's things are now scattered to the four winds. Personally, I would have thought a museum would be great, Amy was also so connected to London, it would certainly have been better than auctioning everything off. I still can't understand that to this day, so a great opportunity was missed for us fans - and it's not coming back. I have no connection to the house in Camden Square, she died there, but I don't think any of her personality was visible there. For me, Amy will always be remembered for the little apartment on Jeffreys Place.
