Do you think Amy ever looked at herself in the mirror and wondered how she got into a situation like that, how her life completely turned worse and that hit rock bottom? How she probably felt despair when the drugs worn off or hit harder than anticipated, how she probably thought there was no way out of her addiction, her anguish and that she sealed her fate because she couldn't see the light that was deep down a dark corridor that would take months to years to get through? Did she ever wake up crying and wondering how she got here? Did she ever have regrets deep down even though she claimed not to?

Or did she have a little bit of hope, maybe some realisation that she doesn't have to live that lifestyle anymore? That the drugs won't fill her and it never did to begin with, that she did not need the drugs at all?

And when she got sober, was she finally happy or was that darkness still lurking? Did she think being sober was even worth it at the end of it all? Did she still have her fate sealed that she wouldn't live for long anyways and that she would die from an addiction at the end of it all? Did it creep into her mind when it was quiet, when there was no sound and no distraction? Did the tears ever stop and did the loneliness end or get worse?

We will never know how Amy felt deep inside, so that's why we ask questions and wonder how someone else is feeling.

We will never know how other people feel so it is important to check up on your friends as much as often, they could be going through something.

This post brought out the sad in me. There's so much that could've been going through her mind. It's depressing to think about, all we can do is guess.
