Once an addict, always an addict. And now it seems Amy Winehouse is battling a new addiction – plastic surgery.

I can reveal that just weeks after she pumped up her boobies from a 32B to a 32D she’s booking herself to go back under the knife – this time to sort out her beak.

A close pal tells me she’s booked in to the London Clinic, where she had her boob job, for a nose job in January and she’s not listening to friends and family who are desperately trying to talk her out of it.

My Wino mole reveals: “Amy’s become totally obsessed with surgery since her boob job.

“She wants her nose made smaller to fit with her small face as she hates the fact her nose is so big and she doesn’t like the shape.

“Amy says she can barely look in the mirror at the moment as she hates it so much. She’s booked in for January but is pushing to get it done sooner. Her family are dead-set against it and her brother has gone mad at her saying it will ruin her whole look and she will become unrecognisable. They’re trying to talk her out of it but Amy’s having none of it.”

On the plus side people, we have to commend her for her efforts in getting clean from drugs – sources tell me she’s been clean for MONTHS now.

But maybe parents Janice and Mitch need a little word in their girl’s ear. It sounds like she’s loving the idea of changing her trademark features one by one.

“She said she won’t stop until she’s totally happy with herself and is even considering bum implants as she wants more of a curvy bum,” my source adds.

“She hates the fact she has no hips and a flat bottom and wants to change this to fit in with her new boobs.”

And there I was thinking Amy may have been put off having anything else done when her father revealed last week that she’d been hospitalised when her boobs started leaking. Explaining why Amy popped into hospital last week Mitch pointed to his chest and said: “It wasn’t because she had a cold. She’s fine, she just had a little leaky something or other.”

This just saddens me, if true. Not only poor self image, but the trading of one addiction for another. One symptom after another that cries out for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Speaking of this kind of thing, did anyone watch the show on Channel 4 the other week about deracialisation surgery? Horrific stuff…

Her nose is beautiful. It’s indeed a trademark feature on hers.It gives her looks so much strenght!

It may affect her singing actually, specially since she uses her upper resonators (located on the area) very much and she will have to get acostoumed to a new shape and size. That does take a while, you have to let it heal and be really careful and also I know plenty of singers who have gone under the knife and it changed their voice a lot (not necessary for the worse). She’s pretty nasal so this op is kinda major in my opinion.

I’m all for plastic surgery but I just don’t think she needs it a single bit. And this is not the opinion of a biased fan, honest!

Yeah, that’s a good point; she does sing from the back of her nose a lot on those lower notes. Hmm.

Before you consider mutilating yourself any further, you might want to check out this website. And click on the Jocelyn Wildenstein link to the left of your screen. There are many, many others, all equally hideous. Who knew Zac Efron got a nose job!

If you still think it’s a good idea, well then, go for it.

if she screw up her voice and look whit a nose job and marries leecher Blake again then i consider myself no longer a fan of amy. sure i will listen once a while to black 2 black cd but thats all.
no more forum visits no more amy news checking ect.

who was that actress in Dirty Dancing that got a nose job and it pretty much ended her career? can’t think of her name.
i thought Amy would be one of these people who comes on the scene like Streisand did and change the industry in the way it places so much emphasis on packaging an artist and keeping women in the mold. Too bad…

She has already had one very subtle one a few years ago. I think her nose has changed due to the drugs done. It doesnt matter to me though, shes lovely anyway…

I think, like the Blake back n’ forth, this too, is just a story to garner attention. All this plastic surgery is probably turning off her fans. There’s only so much self-hate to witness. Like Shaylatx says, in one hand she’s painting freckles onto her nose, and then there’s the rumor of an impending nose operation. Holy Whitney Houston, Batman!
