It just says I can't create a new topic. Does that mean that others can create some but I can't, or what? I want to have the ability to create a new thread if need be.

I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to create new topics. You're not restricted.

 

Do you see this button located on top/bottom of the page, right side?

hey, how do I add a YouTube video, not just the link, where you can watch the video on the forum and not have to go to YouTube??

Pasting the link still works, it's being automatically shown as an embedded video, the link must be in the "classical" format: hxxp://www[.]youtube[.]com/watch?v=[YouTuve Video ID]
