It means two different versions being released to radios, the original radio edit and the urban remix. The urban remix was released on a recent urban radio promo cd this month, I’ve heard it and its not very nice to be honest! They’ll probably just play it on urban radio stations whereas the mainstream ones will get the original.

I just bought an American promo single from eBay yesterday. The seller says it has a "Punk remix" of the song. I have no clue what it means, but I hope I'll see soon.
