I just saw the performance for the first time and I was actually relieved. Turns out they cut out the worst part and showed that on the news, so I expected the whole thing to be much worse than it actually was.
Btw, I think we have to keep in mind that this performance was absolutely horrible to most of us, but probably just okay/mediocre/bad to people that don't know her that well. I mean, we know how fantastic she can be, other people don't. We expected so much more, other people didn't. So for me personally, that takes away some of the.. well, shame really. Millions of people might have seen this, but they don't feel the way we do and I get comfort out of knowing that, so I just thought I'd just post about it here.. :blushing:
