really i see no reason why she shouldnt do the gig
she knows where he is, its not like she'll be able to see him at the time anyway
the only thng that should effect gigs would be court dates and sentencing
but she must feel really s**t and out of her mind with worry and unable to concentrate on giving a stellar performance
if this is the case id rather she cancelled/postponed

i just dread to thnk of the black hole she will decend into if he does go to jail
which i tihnk is more than likely, courts here have sent 16yr olds to jail for 18 months for doing graffiti
and perverting the court of justice, is by MILES a far worse crime,
if its true, then im afraid he has very little chance of not going to jail

guess time will tell. for me, the old cliche The Show Must Go On applies. we all gotta get to work regardless of what life throws our way. but she doesn't seem to be able to gig without him. wish i had that luxury with my work.
i really feel for her, but i think she's got to step up to the plate like the rest of us workin folks who bought tix with their hard earned money.

Most of her songs are about Blake, and I really can't see her holding it together at a gig. She must realise he will be going to prison if he is found guilty, and it is not looking good for him.
If she drinks before or while performing, she would probably break down at some point. He has been at most of her gigs since she married him, so him not being there would be heartbreaking for her. She is so sensitive. I will be very surprised if she goes ahead with gig. She is distracted most of the time with Blake, and him not being with her is going to be really hard in the circumstances, so unless she can switch off emotionally and focus, which I can't see her doing, she is going to find it pretty tough to sing her songs.
We will have to wait and see what happens.
