According to reports, Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder Civil has demanded a divorce from the troubled ‘Rehab’ singer. Winehosue’s father, Mitch, says his son-in-law and daughter were having a fight when Civil said ‘I want a divorce.’



Civil is currently being held in a London prison on charges that he attempted to “pervert the course of justice” by paying off a witness in his assault trial.



“Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row,” says Mitch. “From Amy’s point of view, she would stick by him no matter what. But he has said things like, ‘I want a divorce.’”



Trouble between the couple has been reported since Civil has been behind bars. He is said to be “furious” that his wife has been on dates with several different men. Winehouse went on a Caribbean vacation with her ex-boyfriend George Roberts. She most recently partied all night with Mark Ronson before checking into a hotel room with him.

Yeah I read this in Gracia, but the key point this source missed out is that Mitch told them in an interview that he said it as a spur of the moment thing in a heated argument so i really doubt it's anything serious.

Yeah, because like, he's definitely going to divorce the woman who's money could help him getting out of jail right now. (well it would be mean to not divorce someone for that reason)

I've read this as well, his mother was also mentioned, we'll see if it's true...I just hope she won't have a breakdown...I'm not the biggest fan of Blake's anyway..

im sorry but it will not be good for amy, she loves the guy,
you saw what happened when they've been seperated in the past,
first time she was able to turn into the beauty tht was the back to back album,
i doubt she will be able to do it again, if they do split it will not be a pretty sight to see
