After being declined, the Rehab singer was set to perform at the Grammy Awards via satellite.

No word on whether this new development will mean she flies out to LA for the big show or not.

Yeah I saw it on AOL too. It says that she still won't be attending because of logistics and timing. As much as I would have liked to see her perform live this does show that if she keeps herself clean she will be able to get a visa for future performances.
