9.11.06 Amy Winehouse with her best friend Juliette at their primary school. Between the playground and the school they both disappeared. Minutes later the fire alarm went off and the building evacuated. When Amy and Juliette reappeared it was pretty obvious they were the culprits and the headmistress knew it. We were ordered off the premises. It was something they had always wanted to do.

As the previous shoot ended abruptly (see November post) another session was arranged. The Junior School was evocative, unlike a soul less hotel room but for both girls snuggling together under the blanket reminded them of something they enjoyed as children. It was genuinely sweet.
