AMY WINEHOUSE only lasted a month in Blighty before being lured back to St Lucia.
The songbird hopped on a plane from Gatwick yesterday morning, returning to the Caribbean island where she spent 71 days over Christmas.
But it’s not going to be all play.
She begins studio sessions next week with producer SALAAM REMI, who masterminded her debut album Frank.
And don’t expect her in the UK any time soon — the Back To Black singer told pals she wants to find a second home in St Lucia.

^ I think I'm with you on that one, crol. I think Amy and Salaam would make a good combo right now, for some reason. I love Mark's work, though. We'll see. Right now, the thought that Amy might finally be ready to go to work is WONDERFUL!

i think this is good, if it's true she's there to record (actually, if its true she's there at all)
too many bad memories in London i think.. she was starting to sound too melancholic.
i think Mark is awesome but i was hoping for Salaam too

From Salaam's Wikipedia page: "...and is currently producing her third album, to be released in early 2009."
