lionessrecords.com redirects to amy's site & dionnebromfield.com says the domain is registered, but it's not up yet.
The "AmyTV" is nice on full screen. Seems to cycle through all the official videos.

Island gets new talent(tons), Amy gets up front big $$$ for promoting artists and signing artists.
I starting to understand the loyalty baby girl generates and lives by. Her people will follow her anywhere, like we do. She will be in business with Island for decades.
Island wouldn't do this with anybody. They know Amy's smart. I've always felt that Amy has a good business mind. If you lied, she would know it.
My thoughts FWIW

I think Lioness is a joint venture between Island and Amy. They're the silent partner.

I suspect another reason is that Island wants to keep Amy happy, as well as keep her engaged with music and therefore out of trouble as much as possible. I'm not suggesting it's just a vanity label though. For some artists it would be, but given it's Amy, and given the quality of Dionne's singing, I think you have give it the benefit of the doubt and see how it develops. I've never gotten the feeling that Amy is particularly interested or skilled in business per se, but she clearly has the creative side down and has great taste and attracts great people to work with her.
