ESSENCE.com: So, what's next for you?
REMI: I'd love to do more films. I'm also in the midst of finishing Amy Winehouse's album and I'm still knee-deep in the Nelly Furtado album. There are a lot of up-and-coming artists that I'm working with, too, like Jazmine Sullivan. Her new album is coming out great.

Mitch BBC story:WOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a brilliant Christmas present that would be!!!
http://news.bbc.co.u...t=EntertainmentHe said his daughter was "barred" from appearing on the album but was in a "great" place at the moment.
It is now three-and-a-half years since the release of Winehouse's multi-million-selling second album Back To Black.
The follow-up is "a work in progress" and will "hopefully" be released in time for Christmas, her father said.

http://www.spinner.c...how-i-got-over/but perhaps the most intriguing prospect on ?uestlove's plate is a supergroup with Amy Winehouse, who had previously hinted about it on Twitter.
Despite Winehouse's rather checkered reputation, ?uestlove is upbeat. He describes the as-yet-unreleased material Winehouse has recorded with producer Salaam Remi as "amazing," and says the supergroup is "definitely going to happen -- it's just that we have to work overtime to get her visa situation together. The closest she can come to the States is Jamaica. I'm actually going over [to Europe] this week -- I'll be in France for four, five days, so I'll see if she's up for discussing this over dinner. We've been Skype-ing the s--- out of each other."

I think this is the first "review" I've seen of Amy's new material other than from her dad or Lucian Grange or someone like that. It's not enough to be sure, but it's still encouraging to hear.
"Flawed yet fabulous, tormented yet towering"
