Paul Gascoigne has revealed that he loves Amy Winehouse and believes that she is the woman for him.

Former England footballer Gazza even said that he wants to go straight from one car crash to another by dating Winehouse.

He claimed the troubled 26-year-old singer was his "ideal woman".

"I fancy Amy Winehouse. She's class. I'm going to give her a call and see what she's up to. Amy's the woman for me," the Daily Star quoted him as saying.

"I thought she was in rehab and I sent her a couple of cards wishing her all the luck. I love her. I'm dying to meet her," he added. (ANI)

Calling Amy "a trainwreck" belongs to the jargon that the tabloids use when they try to run someone down, which they love to do when it suits their game, and for that alone, it is ugly.
