Amy did sample from Ashford and Simpsons "Ain't no mountain high enough" for Tears dry on their own. Ashford and Simpson got cowriter credit.

Oh, what a pity. He and his wife Valerie are the best duo of songwriters since Rodgers & Hart. Now he can write a song for Amy and she'll sing it in heaven. In a few years, we'll hear it.
