Don't you think "Like Smoke" and "Cherry Wine" are both very similar? like, in the tune or something...

I feel they are a bit similar, but I can't put my finger on what makes me feel this way.

I don't know, it's not quite clear - I thought his vocals were done later, like for Like Smoke. What interests me more is that there are probably other tracks she recorded for NaS back in 2008, so we may well get to hear a whole lot more from those sessions in the future...

I thought his vocals were done later as well, since that's how it was done for Like Smoke.
If there are more tracks, let's just hope they get released, because I'd absolutely love hearing them.

Oooh, got goosebumps just reading about Love is a Losing Game with Mos Def... When Mos Def is rapping, and Amy starts humming a bit, I get goosebumps every single time. Even thinking about it, I have goosebumps!

It does sound very much like a Frank-era song, so I'm a little skeptical about it being recorded in 2008...

i just saw it on twitter - it lists the top 10 trends (what people are tweeting about) and there she is! Yeah, wish she knew how loved she was when she was alive.

I like the song and I think that Nas and Amy did a good duet but I don't think this is a great song, not the great songs that we are waiting of Amy. Maybe I have this opinion because I don't like very much the songs that have hip-hop/rap parts, but this song is like Like Smoke, the parts sung by Amy are repeated again and again and I don't like that; in this case the first three parts are the same and the final one is different. In the last one, which is great, she shows the powerful and incredible voice she had. However, I will wait until a version with better quality was realized to have a better 'perception' of the song. :friendlywink:
