I was watching a few videos of Amy at Bestival 2008, where her band are dressed like sailors and her backing singers look like they just stepped off the Love Boat, and Amy sings behind the helm of the boat.

Any idea if this theme was used at other concerts or how this came about? It's seems to me like it was a one off, I wondered if it was some kind of message to Blake, as he was her sailor and she his mermaid...just wondering.

I was at this gig. Bestival is a fancy dress festival & the theme for 2008 was 30,000 freaks under the sea.

This was a sad appearance for Amy. She looked about as close to death as she came when she was still addicted to drugs. It was heartbreaking. However, I have to say she gave one of my favorite performances of "Back to Black." Even under the influence, she was still capable of giving an emotional performance.

I love her rendition of Back to Black at Bestival. She sang it quite differently to how she used to sing it before. Emotional to watch, can't imagine the emotions she was feeling while singing.
