Interesting. Maybe they forgot to tape.. MTV did do a rebroadcast in HD but it wasn't on their.

An audience member said that she did a quick cover of 'We're Still Friends' after the cameras had been shut off

Very sad, I just read it in the comments:

 

"I was there. At the end of the set, she'd done a quick cover of 'We're Still Friends' for the audience. It looked like the cameras had been shut off, and weren't running at the time of the performance."

 

The cameras may had been shut down but I bet the soundboard wasn't turned off, since the concert and sound was running. But I highly doubt whether MTV people will ever release it, or maybe trhey haven't even noticed it.
