Rare picture of Amy 3 days before her death?

Hi folks

 

Recently I came across Sam Shaker's IG (Owner of the bar Jazz After Dark). According to him, the photo attached was taken 3 days before her death but honestly, I doubt it as I believe this picture was actually taken sometime in 2010.

Can someone clear this up?

According to this website, pictures from that night were taken on September 16th 2009
