just curious, anybody know how this works? do these recent events with Amy put her work visa in jeopardy for her US tour? I read Lilly Allen is having difficulty, due to legal charges brought up against her in her own country…but there are no legal charges in this situation, she wasn’t “busted”, so it should be ok, right? any lawyers out there care to weigh in? I’ve read several articles now that suggest she may have difficulties
I don’t know for sure (accountant not lawyer) but surely they can’t do anthing unless she has a conviction as it would otherwise be based on rumour & supposition & she’s not exactly a terrorist either.
