I’m pretty sure I’ve heard the full interview… I think the interviewer asks Amy about her hospital wristband at one point. If it is the one I’m thinking about, then I definitely listened to it on YouTube.

I remember watching it on the website of some Belgian company that only customers had access to, and that I couldn’t manage to download it from that website to share it on here. I did record the audio of this interview and her entire performance but unfortunately I no longer have it.
I’m afraid the chances of this ever reappearing are pretty small.
