Has anyone heard anything about official ‘Frank’ or ‘LHT’ instrumental releases? The Back to Black ones got out there (how, i’m not sure. a website i found says it’s a bootleg/unauthorized album). I mean, were the Back to Black instrumentals just leaked or something? And if they were an actual, official release, why haven’t they done the same with the other two? There are Moody’s Mood and Help Yourself instrumentals on YouTube, and there are literally some from unreleased songs out there, and another that’s literally a stand alone instrumental, because nobody has the official song. It’s just weird how they still haven’t surfaced or been released at all I guess. Anyone know why at all?
The ‘B2B’ Instrumentals were released by EMI Music Publishing as part of a double CD-Rom promotional set. The first CD contained the album and the second CD, a bonus disc, featured the album tracks performed instrumentally.

Ah. That clears up some of my confusion, but it just adds more honestly. Maybe it’s because Back to Black was her most popular album, and people were really only focusing on that. I just still don’t get how they haven’t at least leaked some, when there are unreleased song instrumentals, and an unreleased _demo _instrumental out there. Oh well, maybe one day. Thanks though.
The LHT version of Tears Dry on Their Own was officially released on amywinehousefoundation.org as part of the BtB 10th anniversary.
I think I remember seeing that somewhere on YouTube. I thought it was just a really good vocal strip. Maybe they’ll do something like that for Frank’s 20th, or just release them all sometime?
