Problem with people trying to reach 10 posts.

I think that not being allowed to use the PM system until you have 10 posts is a fine rule, but it bothers me that some people just post - and double post - so many messages that often have nothing to do with the subject and don’t contribute in any way, only to reach their 10 posts.

Is something being done about this? Like for example, when people do this they could get a temporary ban on using the PM system (if that’s possible), or they could get a warning.

Sorry if this has been discussed already.

^yh, thats been bothering me too . . .its annoying when people have nothing worthwhile to say and are just trying to get to 10 posts!

if people do this then the mods and i will warn them 25% and their posts will be moderated. sorry i cant get through all posts so miss alot ofthem. if they do it again they’ll be banned.

Btw, why would you want to post 10 times only to use the PM system? If you haven’t even talked to anyone on here, who are you going to PM?

Users need a minimum of 10 posts before they candownload attachments, use the pm system and view certain forums… although im not 100% on that last one.
