Sorry if there's already been a thread about this (I know there's one about her covering country songs), but I just watched a live performance by Al Green singing Let's Stay Together on Youtube and Amy popped into my mind when I was watching it. It's a soul classic and totally synonymous with Al Green at this stage, but I really could imagine her voice on that track. I think she could have pulled it off. Maybe even a more melancholic version of the song?

Is there any classic song you would have loved to hear Amy try out, or even a current song?
