AMY WINEHOUSE treated fans to an impromptu acoustic set during her London clubnight - as an apology for arriving two hours late.
The Back to Black singer hit the decks at her Snakehips club night at the Monarch pub in Camden, London on Thursday (11Sep08) evening, but reportedly kept partygoers waiting for two hours before she turned up, according to Gigwise.com.
But fans of the star were in for an extra special treat, as Winehouse swapped the DJ decks for a guitar and launched into a short rendition of her hits.

the dailymail obviouslly picked the worst pictures and the sun is already talking about a 'suspicious package'... fucking idiots...
anyway that doesn't mean that she didn't look pretty awful. I've been thinking, this is the decisive moment, for months now but it never is... I wonder when this will be over, for better or for worse, but this situation is so fucking tireing. I don't even know how she stands herself anymore. I know we don't and we don't have to live with her every day.

Mitch can't help her, the only one who can help Amy is AMY and until she takes that step, nothing can be done. Don't you seriously think her family have tried every avenue? Just think if this is frustrating for us it's that times a hundred for her family.

Also Amy is a grown woman who makes her own life choices and although Mitch is her dad he cannot be with her 24/7 she has to make her own mistakes and yes it might ultimately be a HUGE mistake but until she seeks help, unfortunately in this country it is extemely difficult to get someone committed.

Amy needs to help herself. Thats the cold hard truth whether we like it or not. I am still praying for her and I wish her the best. It makes me depressed when I see things like this...

I agree with you all. I was upset when I saw these pictures. I have reached a point where no news about Amy can shock me anymore, but still the lack of progress is disturbing. She is so talented but that aside, she is just a lovely young woman with her whole life ahead of her. She could do anything, and yet she is close to destroying herself. I can't think of her as an icon or even in terms of her music right now. I just feel that she is in deep trouble and desperately needs help, if only she would go out and get it.

If I asked someone who didn't know Amy to guess her age, I think they would guess she's in her 40s. Her lifestyle has taken its toll, and it doesn't look like she's getting any better.
