Notorious party animal Amy Winehouse was a no-show... at her own birthday!

Considering she's easily the nation's most-feted party animal, Amy Winehouse is hardly one to miss a bash with her best friends.
But that's exactly what happened last night, when the troubled singer missed what was to be the biggest of her year - her 25th birthday.
Instead friends and family, including mother Janis, newly-single Mark Ronson, singer Adele, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace could only stand around drinking and waiting as they got stood up by their famous friend.
So, er... where's Amy? Mark Ronson stares, birthday balloons in hand, at the seat where Amy Winehouse should be. The singer turns 25 today but was nowhere to be seen at her own celebration last night
They all waited at the Jazz After Dark club in Soho, where a surprise celebration had been arranged for Amy.
But the birthday girl never arrived.

No-show: a gaggle of best pals and family gathered at the Jazz After Dark Club in Lonodn's Soho eager to celebrate the star singer turning 25
The club's owner had even arranged two paintings as birthday presents for Amy.
One was of Amy and Blake, and the other was of Amy's beloved nan.
Amy's mother Janis, who is ill with multiple sclerosis, was at father Mitch's side, supported by a walking stick.
But as the evening wore on, they and Amy's many mates had no choice but to carry the celebration baton on behalf of their troubled friend.

Worried, but smiling: Janis Winehouse, whose illness means she needs a walking stick, and husband Mitch had a nasty surprise when their troubled daughter didn't make a showing last night
But by about 2am even her closest pals began to get fed up and started to head home.
It must have been an extra blow, because it's not like hard-living Amy is exactly known for her quiet nights in.

Just last weekend she had caused shockwaves after ordering 48 bottles of Jack Daniels for what turned out to be her shambolic showing at Bestival.
And Amy's absence last night is likely to only fuel mounting concern among her pals and her fans for her state, after what many say the most shocking pictures yet of the Back To Black singer were published this week.
well..on a positive note, mark ronson is back on the market!

im sorry but im very angry with amy,
very very very,
what she said to wino, is just ridiculous,
she doesn't want to get better, she isn't going to get getter,
to be honest i think she is going to die very soon,
i dont want this to happen, i would be distraught if this happened, but amy doesn't care anymore.
im very very unhappy about this situation
im worried for tomorows news

I must admit I am finding this very worrying now, I truly hope this is her "rock bottom" and she seeks the help she desperately needs, I don't really know what else to say it's just so sad.
