The one for the assault case, she plead not guilty in March I think.

Maybe if she turns up all cleaned up and clearly not under the influence, the judge will see how she's on her way to getting her act together and that'll help her case.

I don't expect any jail time but I hope she presents herself well. However, didn't she have a police warning on file from a previous incident? If so, that worries me a bit.
