i was wondering if they allow "Non Jews" to visit the jewish graveyard (i forgot the name of it) where Amy's Ashes rest.
Because one day i'd love to visit her graveside when i'm in London.
I also wanted to go and see her house, but i heard
it's gonna be the headquarter of the Foundation.

You have heard about tom raiders and other sick people, I'd be scared of them.
I'm going to London next month actually to pay my respects and see where she lived, and possibly visit the graveyard.
If there is not a grave maybe theres a monumental or something like that? Maybe there is a stone although she wasn't buried there?
I'm going there too check anyway.
It seemes weird to me if non-jews were not allowed on the cemetary.
I mean, non-christians can visit a christian cemetary, no? I'm not 100% though.

I was wondering where her ashes were buried too, but not clear that they have been.
They had some kind of service at Edgewarebury cemetery, so I was wondering if that would be the place. But I don't know. I looked it up on Google Maps.
If there will be no gravesite, I find that disappointing. Would be nice to have a place to go to pay respects and reflect.

In addition to Amy I'm a Dusty Springfield fan as well. After she died in 1999, her brother scattered her ashes off the Irish coast, but she has a gravestone in Henley. (There's a big to-do with fans visiting it every April.)

as she is jewish - i reckon that the family might wait a year to do the stone setting then we will know where her ashes are.
anyone can go and visit a public cemetary.
is this sunk in for anyone yet? can't believe we discussing this. nearly a month since she left us and i think that i am still in denial and shock.
also anger actually - i want to shake her and shout 'WHAT DID YOU GO AND FO THAT FOR.'
Bah.

The first week I was incredibly mad at her, I know that she couldn't help it

I almost can't believe such a force and vibrant soul is gone. She was like a musical tornado, in a good way of course.
And so many disgusting evil people stay here on earth year after year.....its makes no sense.

what is hard is that I would google daily for all articles and pics and I selfishly want to see current ones...to know tht will never be makes me so sad.
I am a person of faith, which I won't ever discuss in forums but will just say that for me, it does help to understand and be greatful that she is happy now.
sigh. but alas, coming here is so very, very helpful. thank you all.
