Looks like Mr. Gregson is a shady bloke at best... his website sells "Salvia Divinorum" which is a legal, hallucinatory herb... though some want it banned.

The Amy domain he regged as SGHUK. SGHUK = Stuart Gregson UK

Now this may be a psuedonym... if you Google SGHUK then you find links to some other blokes. If the guy is selling these herbs, chances are he might not be using his real name.

This sounds like modus operandi of the "007 Promotions" tossers. With the Oscars domain names they were trying the "or else" with them, sounds like the same creeps.

If this buffoon who regged both the domain name thinks that by registering the corporate name that he stands a better chance with WIPO, he is mistaken.

Corporation was created *after* the domain was registered... so the bad faith aspect of the registration looks even worse.

Hope Mitch is keeping detailed communications with these wankers, put their juvenile behaviour up before any adjudication panel or court and they won't have a leg to stand on.

In the case of a domain name/WIPO tribunal I don't think legal costs be recovered... though if they go after the individual in civil court for the named corporation, I am sure the WIPO legal costs could also be claimed (whether the judge grants it, is another deal).
