Saatchionline.com is based in the UK, so they definitely do. Fineartamerica.com are in the US, they do ship to the UK, but you may have to get a quote from them for international shipping.

Sam Shaker is a snake in the grass. Last year he put one of his Amy paintings on Ebay supposedly to raise money for Amy's foundation. He had a Dr. friend of his list it with his ebay account (not Sam's). I won the auction and was the only bidder. Because the selling price wasn't to Sam's liking he backed out of the deal and refused to ship the painting after I had paid for it. What paintings he has left of Amy he is willing to sell for ridiculous prices. Some of the paintings were for sale before her death at reasonable prices but after she died he hiked everything up big time. This guy is merely trying to profit from the death of a true artist - Amy Winehouse. I would avoid him like the plague! He had no qualms about putting his friends reputation and ebay rating at risk for the sake of a few pounds. As an artist he is mediocre. The only value to his work is the subject matter. If I were him I'd hang on to my day job.

quote Aug 2011 in the Sun

He says: “The paintings are not for sale, they have never been for sale. But they are on show for everyone to see. They are not my paintings, they are Amy’s. I never made any money from them.

I don't have an opinion on his talent, but the price of some art fascinates me.... I think it's obvious amy's pieces are quite high compared to the 500-1000 range his other stuff is in.
