its normal to grieve about a celebrity even though u didnt know them personally. Im going thru that to. Its tough. I have family problems, and amys death too bothering me everyday. Just try to get professional help. Go to your doctor and ask for one. If u dont want your parents to know whats your problem just tell your shrink not to tell themWhat it's about then?! I never felt this way and I know it's about Amy... :'-(

You MUST get help. We really can't help you here. You need to talk this through with a professional who will not judge you. I don't know you, but I would feel very bad if you allowed your feelings for Amy to get out of hand.

It could be some deeper things that make Amy's death even harder for you to handle. I don't know you but you are really young and I think you should talk with someone before it gets out of hand.

please - anyone, get help if you need it! i just did today - i went to the shrink and got sleeping meds. this feeling of grievance that hasn't stopped as so many of you know it's the strangest thing..., and some problems at work made it impossible to deal with the world right now. i already lost a stone ...
Glad you got help man. Hope it works for you man. I really do! I have an appointment with a shrink next friday. Hopefully it works. My doc said she wants to try out behavioral therapy

So please Stefan, pick up the phone today and call your doctor, or make an appointment with your school psychologist. These people will not judge you and what you tell them is confidential. They are there to help you.
