'feel like a lady and you my ladyboy'
It's so immature, yet so funny and clever.
I love that one too, can't think of anyone else using that insult in a song!

I think it's like: "So I dont have to wonder.. Where is he?"
I always thought it was like that, maybe I'm wrong?
I think it's :
So I don't have to wonder: "where is he?"
Like Briyonce1 said, it's a clever twist to maintain the rhyme

yes! I do love her sexual references, for their brutal honesty.
"Not in the morning, when your shit works" ...
Wasn't it about shit-weed-marijuana? It's called shit sometimes, isn't it?

Back to the topic - I don't see many artist singing this kind of honest lines:
* I never hated myself for my age so much
* my pride's not easy to disturb
* I hate my alcoholic logic
* We only communicate when we need to fight but we are best friends, right?
* I stay up clean the house
* I can't help but demonstrate my Freudian fate
* The only time I hold your hand is to get the angle right
...and who else sings nowdays covers of songs about cupids and Santa Claus adding so much meaning, irony and pain? Only Amy...

"I trust my instincts, and that’s what has got me where I am, y’know?" (Amy)

In French, 'shit' is used for hash, but I've never heard it referred to in that way in english.
She says "not in the morning, when your shit works" in reference to morning wood. She can't be 'just friends' around him in the morning because she knows they'll end up together, the same way she can't trust herself in the evening when she's been drinking. This is referring to a time when Blake was with another girl, but whenever him and Amy were around each other they couldn't help but have an affair.
