Hmmm... I bought it yesterday (as an e-book), so the "Buy" button seems to be working.

They have the ebook available on the Amazon sites in a few of the other countries but not in the US yet. I have some gift credit on the US Amazon but unfortunately it's not transferable to the Amazon in other countries. So, I'm patiently waiting (not really, I wish they'd hurry up and get their F'ing shit together, 
)

I'm planning on buying the book, only I'm not sure how to go abiut doing so as I don't do online shopping as I don't have a credit card nor do I use my debit card, as I use public computers, someone mentioned gift cards or maybe a prepaid Visa might work, if it's accepted, like the above stated about it not being transferable in US, I believe it is the same for Canada 
Oh well, maybe my fave bookstore I go to alot in person might have it available in their database to order it from ?! I WILL get a copy somehow, somewheres, oh yes

For you people that are waiting for the Kindle version of this book at Amazon.com in the US, they now have a link on the page for the hardback version that you can press that lets the publisher know 'that you would like to read this book on the Kindle'. I don't know why they don't have this link on the Kindle version page where people who want the Kindle version would see it, but maybe if enough of us keep clicking on it they'll get the book up faster. I remember going thru this with the Amy, 27 book by Howard Sounes when they took forever to get it online.

so I got the book last night .. Finally a book that gives you some insight to the real Amy. Her mom seems to be honest and her stories of a young
amy make me giggle.. Hurricane Amy was always a firecracker !!!
I found a new respect for Janis and like that she doesnt try to sugar coat things.. still reading but to me this is the best book so far about
Amy and I believe I have them all. I Love the pictures she put in the book as well..
