Amy Winehouse hasn't even started recording her next album yet says Mark Ronson.
Although both her label and her dad Mitch claimed Amy's long overdue third LP would be released before the end of 2010, the producer has revealed that the Rehab singer isn't ready to make it yet.
Ronson - who worked on her last album, the acclaimed Back To Black, back in 2006 - told The Sun: "Amy hasn't begun working on her next record yet. When she's got 10 songs we'll go down to the studio together.
"We did a song together last month for a Quincy Jones tribute album that's coming out fairly soon so we've definitely been talking about it."
Meanwhile, Mark is to release his own new album Record Collection in September, including the new single Bang Bang Bang.

He makes it sound like Amy works for him! I suspect he's totally out of the loop and nobody's had the heart to tell him. Are we supposed to believe that Salaam & Questlove were lying? If I were Amy I wouldn't want him near my new album, after reading 100 times how he was "responsible" for the success of B2B, or how he thinks his new album is better. How arrogant to assume he'll be producing her album! When she's got 10 songs we'll go down to the studio together.

http://news.bbc.co.u...00/10523227.stmMark Ronson and Amy Winehouse have collaborated for the first time since the singer's 2006 album Back To Black, which he produced. The song, a cover of 60s hit It's My Party by Lesley Gore, is for a compilation organised by legendary producer Quincy Jones.
Speaking to Newsbeat Ronson said: "I love it, it's great. She sounds brilliant on it.
"It's quite funny to come off of my album where the whole tag line, or thing we told ourselves, was no covers, no horns and then to do a very Amy sounding record like that." A release date for the compilation has yet to be confirmed. Meanwhile, Mark Ronson's second solo album Record Collection will be released in September.
His first, Version, went to number two in the album chart and featured artists like Amy Winehouse covering The Zutons' Valerie and Lily Allen doing her own version of Kaiser Chiefs' Oh My God.
