I've been meaning to write something about her death for a long time. Don't think it was suicide, just an accident. I imagine her saying to her mother afterwards: “Oops, Mom, I must have gone too far.” That happened often in the past. And Amy said herself that she was looking forward to Nick Shymansky's wedding, which took place the next day. I really hope she didn't watch the Belgrade concert. She managed to quit drugs in her own way, but with alcohol it's a little more dangerous. It is not for nothing that such withdrawals are often carried out in hospitals. Amy probably thought it would work like with the drugs, but this abstinence and then binge drinking is very dangerous. And if you cheat death more often, you will eventually mistakenly think that you are invulnerable. Her doctors told her and she didn't want to die, I'm sure. It was just a tragic accident. And I really can't listen to the 27er Club anymore.

I don't think it was suicide but like you said Amy was aware of her health but I think she kinda gave up and just did what she wanted

blame is on everyone close to her. no exceptions. they were close enough to help her the Tiniest  bit.

I think there's been a lot of interpretation into the recent news, but you can't be sure. But Amy wasn't happy, that was clear, including her appearance with Dionne, she looked so uninvolved. Her happiness, indeed her entire personality, was gone. Imagine you love singing and you just want to be out with your friends. Then you become so famous that you feel like you're being hunted. You can no longer do what you loved so much. And Belgrade clearly showed that she had lost touch with her music. And I think that's why she died - no more joy in singing. But she probably drank two 1 liter bottles of vodka and then two small ones. We will never know and if you look at everything that is happening now, who wants to make money from her, who her “friends” were. Now I'm really unsettled, I thought Naomi and Catriona were friends. And now the two Fendi dresses are appearing at the auction, and of course Naomi was with them in Paris. I'm starting to get the impression that they actually took things with them (permissible or not), the makeup, shoes, it seems to me like someone grabbed something quickly. And that makes me so sad and angry in retrospect. If I had a famous friend like that, I would treasure the things but never sell them.

I don't think Juliette, Lauren and the two Nickys intentionally let her down. But they didn't want to support their behavior and I see it the same way. Do you want to watch your girlfriend consume? There have been far too many people who have allowed their addiction to continue, for whatever reason. After Amy was clean for the Grammys, she would have had to go to therapy immediately, the money was there. In the worst case scenario, she would have been confined to a closed facility for some time. You can't let an addict choose for themselves, they will always choose the drugs. The normal brain only functions normally again after a long period of time. And it became clear that it was a bigger problem when Amy got off drugs but then turned more to alcohol. There have been so many rock stars with drug problems and there are only 2 ways: get clean or die. She could have been saved, but they just let it go, no one around her cared (except Tyler)!

Reading the posts from right before she died broke my heart, reading everyone’s reactions to the news that she died legitimately teleported me to that awful day. I was young, focused on cartoons and school. I don’t remember, it kills me that I couldn’t have been a fan of her when she was alive. Maybe that was for the best, because everyone seemed to give up on her at the end. Understandably so, but we didn’t know the full extent of what she was going through or went through. People just thought she threw away her life for nothing, when there’s so many layers and complexities on how things ended up the way they did. It breaks my heart, I wish I could time travel and become her friend or something. I wish she was still here. It’s hard to make peace with the fact, that’s she’s never coming back. Nothing anyone can do will change that unless someone invents a Time Machine. I feel so deeply about her, everything. Her whole situation. I see so much of myself in her that it would be hard to explain in one little post. I have cried, and I have mourned. This woman, I’ll never get over it. I love you forever, Amy Jade mermaid. I could write an essay but fly high my little angel. forever 27, the world didn’t deserve you. none of us did. Maybe in another universe, if that exists you’re alive and playing in a little jazz bar like you always wanted. Maybe the Fame never reached you. May we meet in wherever you go once you meet death… ❤‍
