Amy Movie I think it would help if you provided a list of events you already had, that way it would be easier for us to add to it. Just a thought

Some of the concert dates are wrong, however. I believe the concert at Porchester Hall was 8 March, 2007 and the Zenith concert was 15 September, 2007. Perhaps some of the others need to be corrected as well.

Thanks @Sassy, @Birdieava and @Nineandfourteen

We got hold of Amy's diary so I think we've got the dates and events we needed. Having said that, we do know that Amy did a few gigs here and there that are not mentioned on any websites or even on her diary... She did a secret gig at one of her local pubs, also at some other venues in London and even in Russia. We are trying our best to get footage of all of these.

We've been keeping a timeline on our office wall and it's lookign pretty good, but I'm sure there's still a lot to add.

Not sure if you already have these on your timeline, a few other rare performances that she did in 2009.

On September 11, 2009 she performed at the Greek wedding for Vivian Imerman's daughter Bianca and on September 15, 2009 she just showed up at Wrotham Park and did an impromptu five-song set for the Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity Fundraiser dinner for terminally ill children.

After Bianca's wedding, also at at Wrotham Park, Vivian was planning to donate the wedding marquee, tables, and chairs to the Rays of Sunshine, so that is possibly how and when Amy found out about the charity and decided to do the impromptu set.

There was once a video clip online of Amy singing 'Back to Black' at the charity, but it is no longer available. An audio from that clip showed up on YouTube recently but it doesn't sound very good, although all of the articles and reviews said that she sang a great set.
The audio is at w w w.youtube.c o m/watch?v=HEDGYnDjPD0

Hi there

I shot this very short clip of Amy at the Summer pops gig in Liverpool 2007, this was the rescheduled concert as Amy postponed at the last minute you can see the info from the forum here:

http://www.amywineho...w-got-cancelled

the video:

It was the first time I had taken video footage at a concert and I am kicking myself now I should have taken more. I have got photos from the concert my avatar being one of them, if you want any I am happy to send some.

I remember posting that clip here, it was really sad... But she might have performed multiple times because in the video she had her hair down and it's in a pony tail in that photo. So perhaps she performed well earlier at the fundraiser hence the good reviews. Or people just didn't want to tear her down again...

Yeah, I can remember seeing the original video for the charity gig and it was one of the sadder clips of her I'd seen. She was absolutely wrecked and there were people in the audience audibly laughing at her (you'd think people supporting a children's charity might be a little sympathetic, obviously not). I think Elsie might be right in that the glowing review was probably just the author being sympathetic.

I could be wrong, but I think in the video she had curly St Lucia-esque hair so probs a different occasion to the one posted above like said above.

Yeah, it was pretty bad, like Belgrade bad. I'm positive it was the same gig, she wore the same dress and all. This was the thread where we discussed it, but the vid was (un)fortunately removed. It's probably for the best, heh.

Amy movie if you have her diary it would be interesting if she made reference as to why she arrived the Summer pops concert at Aintree Liverpool on 4th July 2007 and cancelled at the last minute? I believe speaking to security guards that she arrived and did the sound check and then disappeared. I remember being in the queue of cars waiting go get out of Aintree and the press just picking up on the story and you could see them frantically telephoning to try and find out what had happened. At the time there were rumours she had been hospitalised and then I think it was The Sun produced a picture of her back in London in a pub.

The gig was rescheduled for the 18th July and it was brilliant, she claimed that she'd just 'bottled it'.

Thank you very much for the post. Very interesting that Amy sang at Imerman's daughter's wedding. We'll see if we can get any footage of it.
As for the charity performance, a very kind member sent the clip to us after she saw your post. It's very sad indeed.
Thanks, thanks, thanks!!

Jayne Thanks a lot for the clip of the Liverpool gig. I just checked the diary we have and it says she was off on the 4th July and this gig is marked on the 18th. Clearly it has been updated/changed at the time...
We haven't got much information about that yet, sorry.

hello @Amy Movie
here is Carla Bruni's website ..... and a quick article on our generous and charitable Amy!

[h=3]Amy Winehouse[/h][h=3]Soul singer. Gave permission for the use of her song ‘Back to Black’ for the Baby in the Sky advert by the Born HIV Free Campaign for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS (2010)[/h]Since her 2006 album Back to Black, Amy Winehouse has been one of the music industry’s most bankable artists. That may not be saying much, except that here are talking about a gifted musician, able to blend the passion of a Billie Holliday with the to the drive of a Dinah Washington, all the while avoiding the risk of becoming a synthetic product, as is all too often the case these days. The young English singer-songwriter, born in London in 1983, has a soulful voice, which her first album Frank (2003) already hinted at. But it was her collaboration with producer Mark Ronson on the album Back to Black which explored the true extent of the singer’s range. The two years since its release have enshrined the album as one of the most successful recordings of the early 21st century. Requests to use the track for films and adverts have not been slow in coming, but Amy Winehouse has rejected all of them. We are therefore honoured that she has granted permission for the use of Back to Black for a campaign against AIDS, so that our message can be disseminated still further by the power of her music.

A few more rare appearances ...

Amy performed at The Joogleberry Playhouse in Brighton in 2003 ...
I never could find the exact date for this one, but the few little posts that I read said that when Amy was there she was really excited about her new album coming out, so I would assume it would have been sometime in October 2003. The owner also said 'she treated our lucky audience to the most fantastic rendition of 'Summertime' I've ever heard'.
Now, that would be some footage that myself and I'm sure a whole lot of other people would love to see :)

Here's the links to the two posts ...

Also ...

On November 19, 2005, Amy did a charity 'Live Lounge' performance at the Cobden Club for the Jewish Care Centre (www.jewishcare.org), organized by their 'Young Jewish Care'. They talk about their previous events raising funds for their Holocaust Survivor Centre, but don't really say if that was what Amy's performance was for.

Here's a flyer for her show ...

Has anyone ever seen any footage of Amy singing with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra? It It seems like some audio exist, but we'd really like to see video recordings. Any clues will be much appreciated!
